Constitu\u00e9es de lignes obliques, ces passerelles insufflent du dynamisme \u00e0 l\u2019espace ext\u00e9rieur et rehaussent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des d\u00e9placements au c\u0153ur du projet.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019aile principale utilise une structure hybride principalement en bois, compos\u00e9e notamment d\u2019un mur rideau structural en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9. It puts forward the principles of passive solar architecture, which, despite its thousand-year-old existence, fits well today with the innovative approach, especially in the context of the climate crisis that commands a significant reduction in the energy consumption of buildings. This large facade facing directly south is also marked by an aluminum sunshade, openwork and integrated into the volume of the building. This allows the optimization of solar gains in winter while controlling them in summer to avoid overheating. The new construction also uses wood as an interior finishing element and as exterior cladding.<\/p>\n<p>The exterior wall assemblies are designed to significantly reduce thermal losses, almost entirely eliminating thermal bridges.
