Le projet se veut un lieu de partage o\u00f9 se c\u00f4toient diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations et diff\u00e9rentes cultures. Ce quartier \u00e9voque des valeurs\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">\u00ab<\/span>old fashioned \u00bb ayant la tradition au centre de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne directrice du projet s\u2019est bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019id\u00e9e de rassembler les habitants et briser l\u2019isolement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9. Le style \u00a0\u00bbMid Century\u00a0\u00bb nous a inspir\u00e9 par ses grands principes caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s d\u2019une architecture contemporaine avec des fen\u00eatres pleine hauteur, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une relation directe avec la nature. Cr\u00e9er des lieux de rencontre r\u00e9confortants en proposant une r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation de ce mouvement de design am\u00e9ricain du milieu du si\u00e8cle \u00e9tait tout destin\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>Ce style r\u00e9confortant sait rejoindre toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, il se manifeste de plusieurs fa\u00e7ons: la c\u00e9ramique au sol d\u2019un noir fonc\u00e9 avec un veinage dor\u00e9, les fauteuils Eames, les \u00e9clairages de Louis Poulsen, les tonalit\u00e9s de bois aux couleurs chaudes et riches en tannin viennent appuyer ce style. De plus, les diff\u00e9rentes zones de rencontre cintr\u00e9es par de grandes baies vitr\u00e9es et ouvertes sur la nature sont d\u00e9limit\u00e9es par une grande retomb\u00e9e de plafond en bois fonc\u00e9 qui renforcit l\u2019id\u00e9ologie de ce grand courant.<\/p>\n<p>Le foyer central subdivise le hall d\u2019entr\u00e9e tout en liant ceux-ci, permettant d\u2019avoir diff\u00e9rentes configurations de places assises. The project is intended to be a place of sharing where different generations and different cultures come together. This neighborhood evokes old fashioned values with tradition at its core.<\/p>\n<p>The guideline of the project is based on the idea of bringing the inhabitants together and breaking the isolation through community. The Mid Century style inspired us with its main principles characterized by a contemporary architecture with full height windows, in order to create a direct relationship with nature. Creating comforting meeting places by offering a reinterpretation of this mid-century American design movement was all about this project.<\/p>\n<p>This comforting style can reach out to all generations and is manifested in many ways: the dark black ceramic floor with golden veining, the Eames armchairs, the Louis Poulsen lighting, and the warm, tannin-rich wood tones all support this style. In addition, the different meeting areas, curved by large bay windows and open to nature, are delimited by a large ceiling in dark wood which reinforces the ideology of this great current.<\/p>\n<p>The central foyer subdivides the entrance hall while linking them, allowing for different seating configurations. Upon entering, a lounge welcomes people with a large sectional. This is followed by a section with tables that can accommodate groups of different sizes.
